By Pests and Parasites i mean animals like
Ectoparasites (ticks, mites, fleas, leeches):
Effects: Can Drain energy, Inflict wound and itches. 1 HP loss per Hour and if \(1d6=1\) they will inflict disease to the host
Discovering: Initially undetected, can be found them by normal grooming
Repeal by: Herbs, removed by grooming
Endoparasites (roundworms, flukes, warbles, brain- worms):
Effects: Reduce Value and Effect of Food and Herbs, if ingested: food will no longer restore energy,
Warbles Flies: lay 1d6 eggs on host inflicting 1 HP damage when the larve burrow into the skin (no further disease)
Earthworm: Taken during foraging, cause involuntary movements (no further disease)
Discovering: Cannot be discovered by Grooming (except Warbles eggs), Discovered only by suffering the effects
Repeal by: Herbs (Pumpkin seeds or pestflower)
Insects (mosquitoes, biting flies):
Effects: in swarm Cause Confusion and injuries 1HP per 10 minutes if severe also a (1d6=1) trasmit disease.
Discovering: automatically noticeable
Repeal by: Herbs
In Addition All of these enemies might also carry disease.

The GM should always perform a 1d6 secret roll each time the party sleep in a place outside their burrows, a roll of 1 indicate the present of pests
And a 2d6 will determine the kind of the pests
