Saving Throw: 🐾CHA Rating + 1d6 vs 🎯INT Rating + 1d6
Restriction: cannot repeat a successful Torment against the same enemy during the same combat. Taunt have no effect on airborne or waterborne opponents
On Success: The Target get affected by Torment. Torment: affected may not use the same tactic or their [OPT]s two times in a row.
